Contracted Temporary or Permanant Assignments
Assisting you with your business office needs.

Accounting - A/P, A/R, Cash Management, Bank Reconciliations.  Match, batch and code incoming checks, wires and invoices to appropriate files.   

Audit – Take necessary action to locate and prevent errors and/or losses.  Determine current financial situation.  Overall maintenance create spreadsheets of audit findings.   

Bookkeeping – Prepare Financial Reports, Profit & Loss Statements, Manage assets and liabilities.  Create Chart of Accounts, Vendors, Customers and Employee files.  Input receipts, prepare invoices, post payments.  Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports. 

Customer Service – Provide and maintain high quality customer service.  Immediately handle customer complaints to complete satisfaction and resolution.  Meet and exceed strict deadlines.   Create and hold training classes for client needs on Customer Service and Phone Etiquette.

Human Resources - Ad Placement, Recruit, Applicant and Resume Screening, Prepare New Hire Packages including benefit forms.  Assist employees with benefit packages, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and Cafeteria Plans.  Prepare and enter payroll.   

Management – Oversee daily work and processing.  Prepare employee schedules.  Monitor staff for accuracy and service levels.  Successfully mentor staff and managers.  Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.  Inventory and purchase office supplies, equipment and furniture within budgetary restrictions.  Create and maintain the office area/layout and equipment.  Create and maintain company policies and procedures.

General Office Process Handle all general office duties requested including Phone, Fax, E-mails, Spreadsheets, Letters, Mailings.
